Digitization in UKB

Digitization department in the University library in Bratislava (OD UKB) is a developmental and experimental facility for protective copying, digitizing and making available digital library documents the literary heritage of the Slovak Republic trough new information Technologies. It operates nationwide, participate in projects of national retrospective bibliography of research and book culture.

It is of the department of library and information International and cooperation in the areas of digitization, is involved in cooperative national and European projects. European research and development programs. Digitization department operates as an independent department in the division of electronization and integration. (UAI UKB)
