What forms of payment can I use?

You can pay with all major credit cards, and your subscription amount will appear on your credit card statement. You also have the option to receive an invoice and, depending on your choice of services, you will be billed monthly or annually. You receive an email message when your invoice is ready to be viewed and, if a purchase order (PO) number is entered when you buy your subscription, that number is included in your invoice.

What payment options are available? Can I pay monthly or annually?

Do you offer volume discounts to businesses?

Yes, discounts are available for Office 365 enterprise agreement customers (typically 250+ licenses) who want to purchase through volume licensing. Can I mix and match different Office 365 plans?

Yes, you can mix and match Office 365 plans. Please note that there are some license limitations at the plan level. The Office 365 Business, Business Essentials, and Business Premium plans each have a limit of 300 users, while the Enterprise plans are for an unlimited number of users. For example, you can purchase 300 Business Premium seats, 300 Business Essentials seats, and 500 Enterprise E3 seats on a single tenant.

What are the main differences between the E3 and E5 plans?

I am currently an Enterprise E4 customer and want to upgrade to the E5 plan. How do I upgrade to E5?

You can upgrade to E5 now, or wait until it’s time to renew and make the switch during the renewal process.

If you bought your subscription through an account representative or partner, work with that representative or partner to upgrade.

PSTN Domestic Calling: 3,000 calling minutes per user/per calendar month which includes inbound calls originating from any country and outbound calls to domestic locations.

PSTN Domestic and International Calling: 3,000 calling minutes per user/per calendar month which includes inbound calls originating from any country and outbound calls to domestic locations OR 600 international outbound calling minutes (whichever cap is reached first), per user/per month. Can I add Cloud PBX, PSTN conferencing, and PSTN calling to other plans?

Does Microsoft provide the phone numbers for PSTN calling?

Yes, you can get numbers for your users in two ways:

Get new numbers from Office 365 and Skype for Business.
Port or transfer your existing numbers from your service provider or phone carrier.

How many phone numbers are supported for PSTN Calling?

There is no limit on porting in owned telephone numbers to PSTN calling. You can acquire 10% additional new telephone phone numbers for which you have licenses. For example, if you have purchased 100 licenses, you can acquire 110 new telephone numbers. Please note, this applies only to acquiring new telephone numbers through Office 365 and Skype for Business; there is no limit to the quantity of owned telephone numbers that can be ported, regardless of the number of licenses you possess.

Do I need Cloud PBX to add PSTN calling?

Yes. Cloud PBX is included with Office 365 Enterprise E5, but not with Enterprise E1 or E3.

If you have an Enterprise E5 license for your users, all you need to do is purchase and assign a PSTN voice calling plan. Cloud PBX is included in the Enterprise E5 license.
If you have an Enterprise E1 or Enterprise E3 license for your users, you need to purchase and assign a Skype for Business Cloud PBX add-on and then assign a PSTN voice calling plan to your users.
