Access Your Data:
You can access specific types of Instagram data, such as your Profile Info and Connections on Instagram, by logging into your Instagram account and using the Account Data tool. You can access the Account Data Tool from the Privacy and Security section of Instagram Settings.

Download Your Data:
You can also get a copy of your Instagram data using the Data Download tool. The Data Download tool allows you to request a file that includes your photos, comments, profile information and more. You can access the Data Download tool from the Privacy and Security section of Instagram Settings.

As a Meta Quest user you may delete your Meta Quest information by following the steps outlined in the Meta Quest Privacy Help Center or in the Meta Quest Privacy Center.
When you delete your Meta account, you won't be able to use your Meta Quest device or access any Meta Quest services. Note that once your account is deleted you will not be able to reactivate it or retrieve anything you've added such as your Meta Quest app achievements or in-app purchases. You also will no longer be able to return any apps and will lose any existing store credits.
