It covers all functions managing base line data on devices, spare parts, stores, external suppliers of spare parts and services, maintenance services, documentation and user licences, including loosely defined organization structures and stock management, hierarchical structures of machinery, devices and spare parts.

Spare parts, stock management and external maintenance

Effective management of spare parts and stock ensures, that spare parts are available in time, at the right place and in an appropriate quantity. Transparent consumption, evaluation of engine speed and management of spare parts acquisition lowers stock inventories. Use of 1D/2D codes or RFID tags as means of identification enables simple and quick inventory. Set down your requirement of spare parts acquisition or external maintenance quickly and easily. Get overview on external maintenance activities and eliminate unjustifiably accounted operations.

Reporting and submission of requests

Simple and immediate submission of a maintenance report or requirement; through a web interface or mobile device. Identification of a part of a machine or spare part by reading 1D/2D code, RFID or NFC. Possibility of adding photo or video documentation to a report.

Maintenance planning

Predictive maintenance

Report or maintenance setup based on data collected from machinery or inspections and relevant established parameters to evaluate them. The application prevents unexpected failures or extends time intervals between the replacement of parts.

Mobile maintenance

Simple report setup via mobile device shortens response time and significantly lowers the risk, that the report will be later left out of the system. The application identifies machine parts or a spare part by reading 1D/2D code, RFID or NFC. Possibility to add photo or video documentation to a report or task. Awarding of contracts via mobile device shortens response time. Documentation available via mobile devices accelerates the process of maintenance. Possibility to search, display and reserve particular spare part. Supports carrying out surveys and inspections.

Key indicators and visualization

Applications PROCE55 record discreet data and thus enable immediate back analysis of parameters during particular events and subsequently allow their statistical processing into key parameters such as MTBF, MTTR, staring time and duration of the repair and so on.

Due to the calculated statistical analyses and key indicators, information for management are prepared appropriately to make correct and timely decisions and carry out the process of continual improvement.
