Filtering issues by the title of a closed milestone returns no milestone found with title "MILESTONE"

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Create a milestone. Mine is called 3.159.0
2. Attach an issue so there is something to filter
3. First filter by milestone number (In my case 181): `gh issue list --milestone

Reproduced on mysql.test, 5.24 release branch. I don't think it's a regression and not urgent - just bad grammar as only one user is creating an account?

Steps:

1. Ensure the team you are inviting to is closed and has the domain in Allow only users with a specific email domain to join this team set to mattermost.com (both in Main Menu > Team Settings)
2. Copy the invite link to the team f

GenMarkdownTreeCustom has a way to a header (filePrepender arg), however there is not a first class way to add a footer.

Move all Dockerfile samples to non-root user

Expected Behaviour

As an OpenFaaS end-user, I want to run all samples on my OpenFaaS cluster, even with the new non-root feature enabled.

It should be possible to automate this as part of the build script

I currently observed with ClashX that if a website both resolves in IPv4 and IPv6, the IPv4 address will have a precedence over the IPv6 one. But in some environments, only IPv6 address is reachable, and access from IPv4 is forbidden, so providing an option for IPv6 precedence is reasonable. Would you please offer this feature?
