how to deploy node.js app with jenkins nginx with certbot in aws

I am learning devops and want to deploy a node.js stack with jenkins, nginx and certbot in AWS(free tier). I launched the nginx but unable to install certificate in ec2 instance(not allowed in ec2). Kindly help me to perform this above steps in free tier.
