A very large object in the middle of the sky

The Rice Hat Nebula SH2-224 is an extremely faint supernova remnant in the constellation of Auriga. Located almost 15,000 light years from Earth, my photo here is a culmination of over 40 hours of individual 3 and 5 minute exposures, from 2023 and 2024.
